Level 2 Guidelines

  • Please do not come into the clinic in person without an appointment.

  • Screening questions will be asked (see below) and contact details sourced/updated over the  phone at time of making an appointment. 

 Standard precautions still applyYOU WILL NOT BE SEEN if any of the below symptoms or     scenarios apply to you;

  • cough

  • sore throat

  • shortness of breath

  • head cold (e.g. runny nose, sneezing)

  • loss of sense of smell, with or without fever

  • are required to be in self isolation

  • if you have been, or have potentially been, exposed to a person who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is suspected to have COVID-19 (even if the person who is suspected to have       COVID-19 has not yet been tested)

​ For those with BOOKED APPOINTMENTS:

  • Where possible where possible, you bring only yourself to the appointment unless you are a  parent or caregiver of a child or dependent person; the parent or caregiver will have to be    present with you in the room during the appointment and their contact details will be required     for contact tracing purposes.

  • We will be operating a one-in, one-out policy in the clinic (just like in the local dairy or supermarket). Please wait in your car and we will come and get you and escort you directly into the clinic room.  The waiting room will not be able to be used.

  • You will be asked on arrival to use the hand hygiene station provided.

  • Payment: paywave is available i.e. eftpos or credit card.

  • You will be requested to wear a face mask, supplied if you not have one in order to proceed       with your consultation.

​​ In order for us safely protect you and our staff the following safety measures apply:

  • Staff will be wearing appropriate PPE

  • Meticulous cleaning procedures have been added between each client’s appointment

  • A wipeable a pin pad protector is on our eftpos machine that will be routinely disinfected

  • Hand sanitisers and hand washing stations are available for your use during your visit

Referrals are accepted from General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Audiologists, & Hearing Therapists.

We also accept Self Referrals.

Full funding is available to assist clients who have hearing aids provided by ACC or Veterans Affairs.
