Level 2 Guidelines

  • Please do not come into the clinic in person without an appointment.

  • We will be operating a one-in, one-out policy in the clinic

  • Screening questions will be asked (see below) and contact details sourced/updated

  • over the  phone at time of making an appointment. 

  • QR code is displayed for scanning or a sign in option available for those who do not

  • have the COVID-19 App

  • Wear a mask – for anyone 12yrs and over this is now mandatory. Spare masks available

  • Come alone; unless you are a  parent or caregiver of a child or dependent person;

  • the parent or caregiver will have to wear a face mask and their contact details will

  • be required for contact tracing purposes.

  • Payment: pay wave/contactless method is available i.e. eftpos or credit card.

  • Hand sanitise on arrival

  • Receipts will be issued on request

  • Please respect the 2 meter distance rule

 Standard precautions still apply – YOU WILL NOT BE SEEN if any of the below symptoms

or scenarios apply to you;

  • fever (at least 38˚C)

  • new or worsening cough

  • sore throat

  • shortness of breath

  • sneezing and runny nose

  • temporary loss of smell or altered sense of taste

  • are required to be in self isolation

  • if you have been, or have potentially been, exposed to a person who has COVID-19 or

  • s suspected to have COVID-19 (even if the person who is suspected to have COVID-19

  • has not yet been tested)

  • Please STAY HOME!

  • Staff will wear appropriate PPE

  • Meticulous cleaning procedures 

  • Wipeable a pin pad protector on eftpos machine that will be routinely disinfected

  • Hand sanitisers and hand washing stations are available

We also accept Self Referrals.

Full funding is available to assist clients who have hearing aids provided by ACC or Veterans Affairs.
